Aim2Run26.2 has been designed to help you focus on one of the toughest aspects of the marathon - that is how to use your head and your inner strength to get you safely through the training and the race itself.

 

Our mental skills programme has been designed to incorporate the latest sports science research on motivation, mental toughness and other areas of psychological skills training that will give you all the ammunition you need to help you make the most of the miles of training you are about to embark on.
