An inter-connected series of mental skills workshops for the first-time marathon runner.
Single company group size - up to 10 adults
Ideally participants have a minimum level of fitness and have embarked on their own marathon training plan to enable them to reach the required physical level of fitness and endurance.
The programme will focus on the single greatest requirement of a marathon, mental toughness.
1-2-1 Marathon Mentoring
A bespoke service providing an individual with direct mentoring in terms of mental toughness and actual physical training.
1-2-1 Marathon training
We can provide individual or small groups with hands on physical training from 0 to 26.2 miles.
Aim2Run
While the ultimate goal is the marathon we can also provide mental skills training and support for other distances, from 10k races to half marathons.
